As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 4 fl. oz. of cold water (to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. For best results take 20-30 minutes prior to cardio or training. Carnigen can also be added to your pre-workout drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
